Up your combat skills & fitness level with our San Shou Kickboxing Program. Our Kickboxing classes are based on San Shou. Created by the Chinese military, San Shou uses techniques from various Kung Fu systems to overcome their opponents.
Ladies Welcome: Want to lose some weight or a few inches off the waist line. Although our San Shou classes are not intended to be an aerobic workout for weight loss, it's entirely probable while increasing your self defense skills as well.
Some of our San Shou coaches have experience in other Combat Arts such as Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and American MMA. So, from time to time, you will be exposed to these arts to expand your combat fighting knowledge.
Master Hildreth promotes amateur San Shou, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai fights. Fighters, male/female, juniors/teens as well as adults come from all over the United States to test their combat skills in the ring.
