When I started training at Sifu Ray Hildreth's Tulsa Kung Fu I weighed 270 lbs. Now, I weigh 240 lbs and have kept the weight off for over 2 years. I take the Kung Fu class as well as the Kickboxing class and occasionally drop in on the Tai Chi classes. I highly recommend Tulsa Kung Fu to anyone looking to lose weight, get in shape, and learn a time proven method of self defense.

Patti Swindell - I am a 58 year old female with degenerative lower back disc disease and arthritis. In addition my neck was so problematic that I had to have surgery to get it fused. These conditions not only were very painful but caused problems with my balance. Tai Chi classes have greatly improved my balance and helped me to build strength, more than I ever could have imagined. In addition, I no longer have to take pain pills.
I really appreciate the dedicated, one on one, instruction, and patience of Sifu Ray. He is always willing to listen, answer questions, and help. Tulsa Kung Fu is like a family and I strongly recommend Tai Chi classes for anyone with balance, back pain or just looking for a fun way to get some exercise.
Greg Graber - Since I began taking Tai Chi lessons at Tulsa Kung Fu, I have noticed big improvements in my flexibility, balance, and general health. The results of Tai Chi are subtle and gradual, but totally worth the effort! The instructors at Tulsa Kung Fu are friendly, patient and they really enjoy teaching new students.
