
Master Ray Hildreth was certified 8th Degree, in 2006, by the World Organization of Wushu Kung Fu Masters of Hong Kong. With over 55 years of Martial Arts experience his background includes Hung Gar Kung Fu, Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, Kenpo Karate and select forms of the Chen, Yang and Wu Hao methods of Tai Chi Chuan.
Sifu Hildreth has received the following Recognitions and Awards: 1992 AAU Outstanding Service Award, World Karate Union Hall of Fame in 1998, Whirlwind Classic Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003, American Black Belt System Hall of Fame in 2004, International Chinese Martial Arts Championship (ICMAC) Hall of Fame on June 30, 2018 and received the International Martial Arts Medal of Merit Legacy Award on October 16, 2020.

Sifu Hightower has been leading Tulsa Kung Fu since July 1, 2025. Bringing over 20 years of dedicated martial arts experience to the school. A Level 1 Black Sash, Sifu Hightower has earned numerous 1st place finishes in local and regional tournaments, including Solo Hand Forms, Fighting, and Freestyle Fighting at the 14th Annual World Chin Woo Martial Arts Championship in Dallas, Texas (2016). In addition to competing, Sifu Hightower has served as a judge at this and many other martial arts competitions, helping to shape the next generation of skilled practitioners. Outside the Kwoon, Sifu Hightower has 15 years of classroom experience in Special Education with local public schools.
Passionate about teaching and mentorship, Sifu Hightower has also coached and officiated competitive soccer for more than a decade and has led enrichment programs for school-age children in athletics and teamwork. Sifu Hightower lives in Owasso with his wife, an early childhood educator, and their daughter, who is also following in her father’s martial arts footsteps. With a deep commitment to skill, discipline, and community, Sifu Hightower strives to make every class a place where students grow stronger, more confident, and inspired to achieve their personal best.

Ron has been the Senior Assistant Kickboxing, San Shou, and MMA Instructor, for Tulsa Kung Fu since 2010. He holds the 2006 Oklahoma USMTA Native American League Heavy Weight Championship Title Belt as well as the 2007 Mid American Chinese Martial Arts Heavy Weight San Shou title. Ron has an extensive background in Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
